  • Built operational capacity to meet demand and drive company growth, leading production planning and retailer/distributor onboarding that enabled an 8.3x increase in units sold per month — including Wholesome's first national distributor and a major US airline.

  • Initiated a reset that doubled product Best By date windows without sacrificing quality and created the ability to sell into larger national accounts.

Built and led a mission-driven consulting studio from a nascent service into a defined business unit, positioning it as a leader in sustainable foodservice design and operations for clients primarily in the Bay Area with projects extending to the Midwest.

  • Developed products, services, operational models, outreach strategies and sales assets that grew studio revenue approximately 40% YoY across projects with budgets ranging from $25,000 to $300,000.

  • Led the design-build team for one of the largest all-electric production kitchens in the Bay Area by aligning diverse stakeholders around common objectives and managing large teams of external experts, vendors and contractors.

  • Conceptualized and launched Fare’s Community Kitchen and Community Impact programs in 2020 by working closely with the CEO and collaborating with over 40 local community partners to deliver 425,000 meals to neighbors in need, and leading a proposal team that won $3.5 million in government funding through competitive RFPs.
