2013-2018
I jumped into the Bay Area food scene in 2013 by designing, planning and producing meals and events for a variety of private and nonprofit clients, with a focus on gatherings that built community. Inspired by my Lebanese grandmother (Sittoo), I focused on Middle Eastern flavors through a California lens, taking advantage of the incredible quality and variety of what’s available in the Bay Area.
Collaborators and clients included Forage SF, Feastly, Mapbox, Structure Capital, TEDx, WeWork, Lyft, Climate Ride, Glide Foundation, StartUp Shabbat, Bay Leaf Kitchen, Headlands Center for the Arts.
